1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed, our supplier (CJ Dropshipping) requires 2 to 5 business days for quality checks, packaging, and sorting at the warehouse before the package is dispatched.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping to all customers in Canada and the United States.

To give you the best rates, we ship directly from our fulfillment centers. Here are our realistic delivery windows:

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will automatically be generated and sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order's journey in real-time. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BlendsPulse is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit (no tracking update for more than 30 business days), please contact us immediately at [oli29trtr@gmail.com]. We will gladly arrange a free replacement order or a full refund.
