Thank you for shopping at BlendsPulse. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process & Proof of Condition

> Important: Because we ship our products directly from our fulfillment centers to keep shipping free, we require customers to provide clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging before a return can be authorized. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
Once verified, we will gladly send you a 100% free replacement item or issue a full refund, without you needing to ship the damaged item back.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
